Patient Story

In this video, Johanna shares her appreciation of the UPMC Hamot Women's Hospital, the great nurses who tended to her there, and the beneficial partnership with UPMC which makes the "Dr. Comerci's of this" world available in Erie, PA.

Johanna was told she had stage one cancer. She was one of the first patients for the Magee-Womens doctors from Pittsburgh to operate on in Erie. Her surgery went very well and the doctor doesn't suspect she will ever be bothered with it again.
